How is coaching different from psychological therapy?

It depends on your goals. Programs typically last 8 to 12 weeks, with regular sessions weekly or bi-weekly. However, we can tailor this to your needs.

Most sessions are online (Zoom, Teams), which provides flexibility. In-person sessions are also possible — we arrange this individually.
